The Copper House was formerly the wash house to the farmhouse. Old copper, a fireplace and chimney were found during renovations. When the wash house was converted the original openings with their granite coins were carefully preserved. The A frames of the ceiling remain exposed creating a light and airy atmosphere in the studio-style cottage. There is a spacious bedroom, open plan living area and bathroom.

The Cooper House door opens out onto a pleasant seating area, which extends out to an enclosed courtyard garden; a tranquil spot in which to enjoy the sunshine over a glass of wine or a morning coffee.
